Firewall Reconfiguration

As a J.P. Morgan client, you will be required to open up your firewall—conditional on your network policy—and locate the existing firewall rules, which will allow you to identify the IP addresses that will need updating.

If you’re a J.P. Morgan client that enforces firewall rules or IP allow-lists to restrict access to external API endpoints—meaning only known or pre-configured IP addresses can be recognized and accessed—you will need to take action to avoid API connectivity disruption.

Add J.P. Morgan's new IPs in both test and production environments to your IP restriction setup in order to continue accessing our APIs. Please append the new IPs to the existing list and do not replace the current IP addresses. Please proceed with the following IPs in the table below.

159.53.16.26

All current existing API endpoints (DNS and URL) will remain unchanged and be functioning as business as usual without any outages or disruptions during the move. It is imperative that the current existing IPs already functioning in TEST and PRODUCTION should be retained in the IP restriction setup to ensure smooth transition.
