Women business leaders deserve acknowledgment and support year-round—not just in March, during Women’s History Month. They’ve made incredible strides, but we understand there’s still work to be done to achieve equal opportunity and inclusive growth.
That’s why JPMorgan Chase’s $30 billion Racial Equity Commitment includes supporting the personal and professional advancement of women and women of color. We do this not only through targeted investment, but also through programs and resources such as:
- Women on the Move, our initiative to support women in business, empower them to grow and help them improve their financial health.
- Our partnership with the Women Presidents Organization and sponsorship of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies list, which are cornerstones of our commitment to amplifying and uplifting women.
We’ve also curated content from across the firm that women owners and entrepreneurs can use for inspiration and education.
