Files exchanged via J.P. Morgan Host-to-Host will transition to our Managed File Transfer (MFT) application. This means that files we send to you will originate from a new server, and files you send to us must be directed to a new host address. Your technical team must be engaged to make any required changes on your system and to support any required testing.
This is a multi-year event that will ramp up in 2022 and continue through 2023. The timing of your change is dependent on your Host-to-Host configuration. When it is appropriate for you to begin preparing, we’ll contact you directly. A dedicated J.P. Morgan Chase specialist will work with your technical team to help you prepare for and execute this change.
