We routinely update our keys and certificates for server-based file transmissions on J.P. Morgan’s Managed File Transfer Services platform. To ensure uninterrupted connectivity, clients must make sure that they are using the current key when they send encrypted files or receive digitally signed files.

  • A new J.P. Morgan PGP key used for inbound encryption and outbound signing is currently available for download. To avoid a service disruption, please download the new key and add it to your key ring before June 27th, 2024.
    • Key being removed: JPMC_FTS_PGP_2024
    • New Key: JPMC_FTS_PGP_2026

REQUIREMENTS:

Please consult with your information technology and operations support teams to prepare for the renewal. Failure to take required action may result in service disruption.

IMPORTANT:

If you need log in assistance or experience any issues with your keys/certificates, please contact MFTS Support at 1-800-990-9217. Regional phone numbers for locations outside of the U.S. can be found here. Representatives are available to assist you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note the support team cannot advise clients on specific actions needed to make required changes to their systems. Clients should contact their application vendors for assistance.
