Frequently asked questions

On your migration date, all active CBIS users in your business will receive an email confirming migration and providing instructions to access the new platform.

Any CBIS users not yet on J.P. Morgan Access® will be receiving a separate email with their login credentials.

All active dispute cases initiated on or before your migration date will be available for action in the new platform.

All active dispute cases initiated after your migration date must be actioned in the new platform.

All clients must migrate to the new platform as CBIS will be decommissioned. Clients will have access to CBIS “For reference only” until notified.

Clients designated Security Administrators can manage users and their entitlements within Administration Center through J.P. Morgan Access®.
