This product is an omnichannel solution that provides modern payment channels and visibility into the entire payment ecosystem, regardless of channel, consolidated into a single dashboard—and it includes the features you have now in Connect.

Your Digital Bill Payment platform will include the features you have now in Connect and have a new, modern look with additional capabilities that are different from Connect. The client interface and reports will look new to you.

Your relationship team will reach out to discuss specific timing. In general, client migrations will be performed in waves and should take approximately 12-18 weeks depending on the complexity of the configuration.

Our teams will discuss and review requirements with your teams in detail to identify additional functionality needs, timeline, and resources. You’ll receive an invitation to a migration kickoff call closer to the beginning of your implementation.

Specific resource needs will be discussed during requirements review, but in general, be prepared to engage your subject matter experts, system testing resources and technology teams. If you use a third-party vendor for technology, please engage vendor support as well.
