J.P. Morgan relocates to new EMEA headquarters in London - new address for contractual communications

London — J.P. Morgan has a new head office address in London following the acquisition of 25 Bank Street in Canary Wharf. Employees have been relocating to the new building since January 2012.
As of July 6, 2012, the U.K. registered office addresses of a number of J.P. Morgan U.K. entities, including J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, London Branch, have changed to 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JP.

All contractual communications and complaints to be sent to the entities named in the list referenced in the immediately preceding paragraph (excluding J.P. Morgan Europe Limited and JPMorgan Funds Limited), which would previously have been sent to 125 London Wall, London EC2Y 5AJ (or any other London address), should now be sent to 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JP.
In addition, please note that J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. has, as of July 6, 2012, re-registered as a public limited company. As a result of this re-registration, its new name is J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
