Josh Seiff
Managing Director of GSE Agency Lending
Josh Seiff joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. from HouseCanary, where he was most recently Chief Financial Officer. He was the senior financial and strategic leader for the real estate technology startup of 115 employees, reporting to the CEO. Before being asked to serve as CFO (12/2018), Josh was EVP of Strategy & Business development – the company’s in house mortgage and securitization expert.
Prior to HouseCanary, he worked at Fannie Mae, where he was Vice President and Head of Multifamily Capital Markets and Trading. He was the leader of Fannie Mae’s commercial real estate capital markets activities and member of the Multifamily executive management team, reporting to the Head of the Multifamily business.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Ithaca New York, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business in College Park Maryland. He attended the Harvard Business School Executive Development Program and is a CFA charterholder.
