What to do if you suspect fraud

If you are worried that you might have inadvertently compromised your user ID or other sensitive information regarding your account, it is important that you speak with your Client Service Representative to inactivate your ID or lock your profile immediately.

If you think you’ve experienced fraud, reach out to the JPMorgan Chase Global Bank Recoveries Team at gb.fraud.recovery@jpmorgan.com or call 866-954-3718, option 4. You can also contact your service representative for help connecting with the GB Recoveries Team. Reporting fraud quickly helps increase the chances of recovery.

You can help us investigate suspected fraud by forwarding suspicious emails you received to abuse@jpmorgan.com. You’ll receive an automated response to let you know we got the email. You may also want to report emails to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
