IBAN Changes

Your new IBAN will become active on October 27, 2025 (the Transfer Date).

You can continue using your old IBAN for 9 months from October 27, but we recommend switching to the new IBAN as soon as possible.

Please note, this does not apply to SEPA B2B Direct Debits, and RiBa payments will only be supported with the old IBAN until the end of the year.

After Entity 0151 is deregistered with the AEAT, you cannot use the IBAN for Entity 0151 for deferred tax payments by direct debit. You will need to contact the AEAT and provide them with the new IBAN for Entity 1567.

After receiving your new IBAN details you should notify your clients/vendors/partners as soon as possible to allow for their updates to be made.

Starting October 27, we will monitor usage of the old IBAN. Your client service representative can provide you with details about which clients or vendors are still using it to help you manage the transition.

During the 9-month period after the Transfer Date, your Client Service representative will be able to provide you with the detail of your counterparties instructing payments to your old IBAN.

Yes, you will have to inform your counterparties about the change in your IBAN so they can make any required changes.

Yes, for Multi Bank Sweeps, you will need to inform your Third-Party Banks of the change to your IBAN.

No impact.

There is no impact to back valued or future valued transactions as the account number remains the same.

Balance and interest history remains with the account and any future valued transactions sent before the Transfer Date with a value date after the Transfer Date will be processed as they are now.

All other activities prior to the Transfer Date will remain unaffected and will be executed as usual after the Transfer Date.

Your transaction history will continue to be available via JPMorgan Access® for the retention period you currently have.

No, refunds and recalls of funds will be issued to the correct account.

Cheques issued after the Transfer Date will need to reflect the new account details. There will be no impact to pagares.

Cheques and pagares are only available if you have accounts in JPMCB España.
