John Stucker

Managing Director, National Head

John Stucker is the national Industry Manager of Multinational Corporations for Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries. In this role, he oversees teams that exclusively serve U.S. subsidiaries of foreign-owned companies, which includes over 1,200 clients representing parent companies from over 60 countries.

John has been with the firm for 18 years and has over 23 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to his current role, John oversaw industry-dedicated teams covering the Franchise, Beverage and Heavy Equipment Distribution Finance Groups for the Commercial Bank. Previously, he was an Executive Director in the Investment Bank’s Debt Capital Markets Group with responsibility for providing debt financing solutions across a broad range of industries. In this role, John focused on multi-bank loan and high yield bond transactions across industries for the firm’s Commercial Bank clients in the Southwest region. Additionally, John was responsible for overseeing the origination and execution of all syndicated investment-grade loan transactions for all of J.P. Morgan’s Oil & Gas clients in North America. As a senior transactor, he led the execution of more than 150 financings ranging in size from $30 million to $4 billion, including acquisition and recapitalization financings in addition to general corporate executions.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase, John worked for a regional bank where he generated and monitored a portfolio of retail, interim construction and small business commercial credits.

John has a Master of Business Administration in finance and entrepreneurship from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Louisiana Tech University.
