Lynette Nelson

Lynette Nelson, CRCR

Executive Director

Lynette Nelson is a Healthcare Industry Solutions Specialist. She provides consultative services in wholesale payments for JPMorgan Chase’s Corporate Investment and Commercial Bank businesses. Lynette collaborates with treasury sales and product partners to resolve inefficiencies in the payment cycle for consumers, healthcare providers and insurance plans. As a trusted advisor, she’s earned credibility through knowledge of healthcare regulations, alternative payment models and industry trends.

With 20-plus years of commercial financial experience, Lynette has a diverse background in credit risk, real estate lending and healthcare treasury solutions. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, she served as Senior Solutions Sales Specialist, with Diamond Club distinction, for provider-based solutions at Change Healthcare. Lynette is able to detect adverse trends in working capital, negotiate and close transactions, and build client relationships.

Lynette holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She’s a member of the American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) association and is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Lynette also participates in the Black Organization for Leadership Development (BOLD) and Women on the Move (WOTM) resource groups at JPMorgan Chase. A native of the Chicago area, Lynette and her family now reside in Pompano Beach, FL.
