Jim Kelly

Executive Director

Jim Kelly serves as a Healthcare Industry Solutions Specialist in J.P. Morgan’s Commercial Bank, providing treasury consultative services for large nonprofit healthcare organizations. He focuses on aligning treasury solutions to meet the needs of clients engaged in financial operations. In this role, Jim helps clients and prospects streamline their business processes to drive operating efficiencies, performance optimization and cost savings.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2021, Jim helped lead finance and revenue cycle advisory services for Himformatics. In this role, he served health systems, physician groups and partner organizations in the healthcare industry. Additionally, Jim served as Director of Patient Accounting at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. There, he led hospital and professional fee billing and cash posting teams as well as professional fee accounts receivable collections teams.

Prior to his role at Children’s, Jim served as Administrator of Clinical Operations at Emory Healthcare, where he helped establish a management services organization and centralized business office. He also conducted financial due diligence and provided integration program management, helping Emory grow through the consolidation of community physician practices.

Jim is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has led conference panels, including the Inaugural BlockHealth Summit. He presented on topics titled “Scaling Blockchain Adoption” and “Blockchain Interoperability, Barriers, and Strategies.”

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Jim currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
