Overview

When you are first onboarded, you will receive:

  1. An email that contains your assigned Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) URL, username, applicable folder directories and any specific file name requirements.
  2. An email that contains your temporary authentication password.

Upon completion and sign-off of CAT, you will repeat the process for the Production environment.

CAT/UAT (Client Acceptance Testing) Process:

  1. Log in to your assigned CAT URL using the account username and temporary password provided.
  2. Create permanent password.
  3. Log in to your assigned CAT URL using your account username and permanent password.
  4. You would have already provided your Client Technical Onboarding Manager with your keys, but if you need to update them, please upload your public Authentication key/certificate and Payload key (if applicable).
    1. SSH folder: SSH key that will be used for SFTP authentication
    2. SSL folder: SSL certificate that will be used for HTTPS/AS2 authentication
    3. PGP folder: PGP/GPG key that will be used for Payload Security
      1. Client-to-Bank files must be signed with your PGP key.
  5. If you require any of the bank’s public keys, please visit the MFT Keys page to download any applicable keys.

Production Process:

  1. Log in to your assigned Production URL using the account username and temporary password provided.

  3. Log in to your assigned Production URL using your account username and permanent password.
