We are in our corporate headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.

On screen:

Brian Lamb:

We look to go beyond banking in lots of different ways, but I would tell you one of the most energizing and inspiring ways for us to do that is to volunteer.

A brown-haired woman speaks from a Habitat for Humanity build site.

Text on screen:

'Betsy O'Brien, Managing Director, J.P. Morgan.'

Betsy O'Brien:

This is all part of a broader initiative that we're doing around our impact banking business, where we're bringing volunteers out across the cities that we operate in to really get into the communities and deliver back to them.

On screen:

Volunteers measure wood beams, bag fresh produce, make personal care packages, put on hard hats, shovel dirt, rally in a huddle, and pose with street cleaning supplies. A blonde woman speaks from the corporate business lounge.

A grid of video clips show volunteers at work. More volunteers load bags for 'Feeding Tampa Bay,' care for a horse, and sort donations. A man in a collared shirt speaks from the business lounge:

Text on screen:

Text on screen:

'Danielle Davis, Executive Director, J.P. Morgan:'

Danielle Davis:

That's, like, the most fun part of my job, is working in the community and seeing the actual output of what we do every day. So it's one thing for the Tejano Center to be our client, but for us to really see what we're putting into the project and into the area is what's important to me.

On screen:

Volunteers landscape the courtyard. More clips show volunteers at work in food banks, building playhouses, and painting garden boxes. Freshly planted roses sway in a breeze, and volunteers pose for a photo in a community garden. Shaunté, at the Greater Chicago Food Depository:

Being a community connector really means building relationships. People say, "Your network is your net worth," and I'm a true believer of that because of the people that you are connected to.

On screen:

Volunteers chat with each other and with community members. More pose for group photos, bag pasta, and high-five. A woman with safety goggles speaks from the build site.

Text on screen:

'Shara Mason, Vice President, J.P. Morgan.'

Shara Mason:

I think it's important to show up for causes that you believe in, so to work for a corporation that it's fundamentally in our core from the businesses and the deals that we do as well as how we spend our time, it really shows the world that we care about what we're doing for the people that we serve.

On screen:

Volunteers care for animals, package personal hygiene products, paint, box food, build, and pose and smile for pictures and videos. A collage of images shows volunteers at Food Bank of the Rockies, St. Stephen's Community House, Feeding Tampa Bay, Food Lifeline, and more. The video ends with a logo:

At the Pope Francis Center in Detroit, J.P. Morgan volunteers take on annual deep cleaning, helping create a clean, welcoming space for people experiencing homelessness. Since 1990, the center has provided nearly 200 guests daily with meals, showers, laundry and access to medical, dental and legal services.

J.P. Morgan volunteers also worked with The Greater Chicago Food Depository, repackaging 5,000 pounds of pasta to feed 2,500 households. For more than 40 years, the Food Depository has been a vital resource in fighting food insecurity in Chicago and Cook County.

Across the country, J.P. Morgan employees support their communities—building relationships, backing local initiatives and making a lasting impact. In 2025, we were involved coast to coast, affirming one of our organization’s core values.

“To see people working with nonprofits across the country, many of which are clients of the firm, is exciting and inspiring. And every year we look to do more,” said Brian Lamb, head of Specialized Industries at J.P. Morgan.

boxes packaged with Capital Area Food Bank to provide 19,600 meals to seniors in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

In Houston, more than 50 employees planted gardens, painted and beautified the Tejano Center. “We’ve already spoken to some of the residents at the senior living center and some of the kids. They love the fact that we’re painting their outside garden that they will see every day,” said Danielle Davis, southwest head of Diverse Businesses at J.P. Morgan.

Tejano Center has been a J.P. Morgan client for over 30 years, and this relationship has grown into a tradition of volunteerism. “The most fun part of my job is working in the community and seeing the actual output of what we do every day. It’s one thing for Tejano Center to be our client, but for us to really see what we're putting into the project, into the area—that’s what is important to me,” Davis said.

The hands-on approach is heartening to both volunteers and communities.

“This tradition has become more than just a volunteer day—it’s a symbol of community in action. It reminds us that support doesn’t always come in grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s found in the quiet commitment of people willing to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work that helps others feel at home.”

—Fr. Tim McCabe, SJ, President and CEO, Pope Francis Center

At J.P. Morgan, we invest in our communities because we know that success depends on thriving local initiatives, organizations and people.
