  • How to get started with testing?
    • Once enabled, Virtual Assistant is already enabled ready for you to start using it
    • Interact with it every day by typing questions into the chat window
    • Use every feature and try to stump the virtual assistant
    • With the knowledge you will gain about AI, you may be positioned to lead discussions around some of your own internal innovations/AI initiatives (think bonus points with your manager, and thought leadership with your organization!)
    • How can I share feedback?
      • By using the Virtual Assistant. Every message you type into the Virtual Assistant becomes part of a training data set to help improve the AI brain
      • By typing “feedback” into the Virtual Assistant, a feedback flow will trigger where you can share your thoughts and opinions with us
