Between August and October 2025, we’ll be migrating your accounts in China to our upgraded payments platform. To help you prepare for the upcoming migration, please review the changes outlined below and assess how they may impact your day-to-day operations. SWIFT Statements |
There will be updates to transaction codes and descriptions for the MT940/942/950 formats. Foreign exchange (FX) transactions will add FX contract details such as currency, amount, and exchange rate in tag 86. |

Paper Statements (PDF) |
A new local language statement will be introduced for all accounts and branches in China. The current statement template shall be discontinued after migrations are completed. During the migration month, you will receive two sets of statements:

E-statements will be accessible through the J.P.Morgan Access Statement Center and delivered to your email address registered for e-statement notifications. Note:

Channel Reports Transaction Descriptions (BAI Description) |
Transaction Description tags on the J.P.Morgan Access and API reports will have new values to specify the transaction types. You may find the full, detailed information in the list linked on the right. This change affects the following:

Channel Reports Exchange Rate of Non-FX Transactions |
Non-FX transactions on the J.P.Morgan Access, Host-to-Host and API reports will remove the “Exchange Rate” tag. You may view the impacted tags across these reports in the list linked on the rate. This change affects the following:

Channel Reports E-Advices |
Transactions after your migration date for your J.P.Morgan Debit/Credit will be reflected in e-advices delivered via secure email from notification@jpmchase.com. Please safelist this email address within your organization’s email system or firewall setting to avoid delivery issues. These e-advices will follow the following subject line format:
