Spencer Aiken
Vice President at the ESOP Advisory Group
Spencer Aiken is a Vice President in the ESOP Advisory Group, where he is dedicated to advising bankers and their clients on ESOP structures. He has been provided an accelerated experience as a corporate finance and middle market banker working on debt financing and structuring of middle market ESOPs and other non-ESOP companies.
Spencer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon and was a former NCAA Division II Soccer athlete at Cal Poly Pomona. He is licensed by FINRA with a Series 79 and Series 63 in addition to being an active member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
