You will be taken to the Password Assistance screen. Enter the username you received via email and click Continue. Click Next to send an authentication code to your email address. Your authentication code will be sent to your email address on file. If you do not receive the email, be sure to check the spam or junk email folder. From the email received, enter your authentication code. If you have not received the authentication email within 15 minutes, click Resend to issue a second authentication code. Note: The first authentication code will now be invalid.
Once entered, click Next. Set your password by following the password policy guidelines and click Submit. Upon successful completion, click Go to Login to return to the login screen. For additional guidance, click First Time User Help Guide to learn more. At the login screen, enter your username and the new password that you just set. Then click Sign in. First, log in to your Web Currency Services account. From your order page, choose your location. If you have access to a single location, it will be pre-populated in the location box. If you have access to up to 10 locations, you will be able to select from a drop-down menu. And with more than 10 locations, you will be able to search for the one you're looking for. Once a location is selected, the delivery date will pre-populate to the next day, and the order category will default to cash. If you would like to update the delivery date, click on the calendar icon and select the date you would like to receive your order.
Next, enter the dollar value of the denominations requested. Once all of the requested denominations are input, click on Review Order. Review your order. If updates are needed, click Back to Edit to make adjustments. If everything looks correct, click Submit. And that's it! Your order is placed. If you would like to print the confirmation for your records, click Print Order. Otherwise, click Close to return to the home page. To check your placed orders, you can click on Order History. First, log in to your Web Currency Services account. From the main page, select Reports. The Reports menu shows the various reports that are available. As an example, let's choose the Order Summary report. The location options will default to all locations. However, specific locations can also be selected within the drop-down menu. Filter by clicking into the location box and selecting from the drop-down, or by typing the location name. You can select multiple locations at once. Click out of the locations box to enable the selections. To reset your selection, click Reset. The location will default back to all locations. Once the desired selections have been made, remember to click out of the locations box to enable the selections.
Next, select your desired date range. It is recommended to use a range of one to two months maximum. Once your date range is selected, you'll be able to choose your file format. You can export to Excel, CSV, or PDF. We recommend exporting to PDF to share content without making values editable. Once exported, the report will appear in the download tray at the top of the screen. Select the drop-down next to the file name and choose the desired action. If you are an admin, you will have access to the user access report. It is recommended to have at least one user admin. Click on user ID and enter the desired user ID to look up. Click search. Here, you can see the last time the user logged in and their role. To learn more about this user's entitlements, click the blue caret. This will show the locations this user is entitled to. This and other helpful information can be found in our user guide.
