Robinson shared how the culture at J.P. Morgan Payments creates opportunities for growth through mentorship, advocacy and leadership. She has been at the firm for 20 years and throughout her journey has found success by embracing the culture of cultivating talent by seizing opportunities, improving through new challenges and building community through Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and other networking programs.

“It is so important to go out there, put yourself out there, meet people, have different experiences - because you never know who you'll meet,” said Robinson. “You never know what experiences you'll have and where you'll find an opportunity.”
