Most recently, Oliver (Oli) Harris joined the firm as Head of Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, focused on advancing Kinexys with particular emphasis on commercialization and deepening engagement with institutional clients. He will expand the firm's blockchain-based settlement infrastructure and tokenization capabilities, strengthen partnerships across public and private networks, and drive innovation at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. Kara Kennedy will now serve as Global Head of Market Development, reporting to Oli.

Oli brings more than 15 years of global leadership experience across institutional finance, digital assets, and emerging technologies. Most recently, he led Digital Assets, Americas at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he spent six years at J.P. Morgan, where he served as head of digital strategy for the CIB, helped shape the firm's digital assets strategy, led the development and commercialization of Quorum, the enterprise Ethereum platform, and served as head of strategy for the International Consumer Bank.
