J.P. Morgan has been recognized by Celent, a global financial services research and advisory firm, as the 2025 Model Bank of the Year

The award highlights four differentiating digital innovations implemented by J.P. Morgan Payments over the past two years focused on integrating services and enhancing end-to-end payments, treasury services and client experience:

  • Payments Developer Portal (PDP) designed to connect developers with J.P. Morgan Payments’ infrastructure and solutions to help improve client satisfaction by reducing API access time and increasing operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and self-service, intuitive tools.
  • API Multibank Reporting reimagines the functionality by using API connectivity to retrieve near real-time information from both J.P. Morgan and non-J.P. Morgan accounts, improving the efficiency, accuracy, and security of financial reporting while equipping businesses with the tools needed to manage their finances more effectively.
  • Integrated Solutions Plugin provides clients with access to services from J.P. Morgan Payments directly within their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems through a direct integration.
  • Cash Flow Intelligence offers a multi-bank enabled cash flow forecasting solution, featuring an advanced analytics workbench and AI-powered forecasting capabilities to support corporate treasury clients in achieving financial visibility and optimizing liquidity.
