On certain business days during the year, investments and redemptions with respect to J.P. Morgan Money Market Mutual Funds will not be accepted in observance of U.S. holidays.
All J.P. Morgan Money Market Funds will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026, in observance of Good Friday in the United States. Accordingly, investments and redemptions with respect to J.P. Morgan Money Market Mutual Funds will not be accepted.
Balances invested at the sweep cutoff times on Thursday, April 2, 2026, will remain invested until Monday, April 6, 2026, when funds re-open and sweeps resume. Clients anticipating increased cash inflows/outflows should contact their service officer to submit Deal Manager requests to modify a target balance or cap amount by noon, ET on Friday, March 27, 2026.
Lastly, third-party funds will also be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026, and selected third-party funds may close early on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
