On certain business days during the year, investments and redemptions with respect to J.P. Morgan Money Market Mutual Funds will not be accepted in observance of U.S. holidays. Additionally, some Money Market Mutual Funds will have early close times the business day before or after the observed holiday.
Final transactions for certain Money Market Fund instruments on our platform must be received by the noted cut-off times (below, if applicable) on business days with an early close, which are subject to change.
Some third-party funds may also be closed on these holidays or may close early the business day before or after the event.
All J.P. Morgan Money Market Funds will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday in the United States. Accordingly, investments and redemptions with respect to J.P. Morgan Money Market Mutual Funds will not be accepted.
Balances invested at sweep cutoff time on Friday, May 22, 2026, will remain invested through Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
Some J.P. Morgan Money Market Funds will have early close times on Friday, May 22, 2026. Final transactions for funds closing early must be received by the noted cut-off times (grid below).
Third-party funds will also be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026. Select third-party funds on our platform may close early on Friday, May 22, 2026.
