J.P. Morgan recognized by Coalition Greenwich: for digital capabilities and as a quality leader in U.S. Large Corporate cash management and trade finance
J.P. Morgan Payments has been recognized as a 2021 Greenwich Quality Leader in U.S. Large Corporate Cash Management and Trade Finance. In addition, the firm earned 11 Greenwich Excellence Award recognitions in advisory excellence, innovation, customer services, digital platform design and ease of doing business.
The awards also confirmed J.P. Morgan’s No.1 share position in U.S. large corporate trade finance and the No.2 share in the US for large corporate cash management market penetration. This follows the award of the No. 1 overall ranking for digital capabilities for global cash management platform J.P. Morgan Access® in the 2021 Coalition Greenwich Digital Banking Benchmark study.
The annual survey, one of the most recognized benchmarking studies in the institutional banking space, assesses the key features and functionality that define "Best of Breed" digital banking platforms.

Methodology: From June through December 2021, Coalition Greenwich conducted 341 interviews in large corporate cash management and 112 interviews in trade finance at U.S. based companies with $2 billion or more in annual revenue. Participants were asked about market trends and their relationships with their banks. Trade finance interview topics included product demand, quality of coverage and capabilities in specific product areas.
