Firm’s top female leaders send letter to NYSE’s first female president
For the first time in its 226-year history, the New York Stock Exchange has announced Stacey Cunningham will serve as the first female president of the institution.
Following the announcement, J.P. Morgan’s top senior female leaders sent the incoming president a letter signed by Marianne Lake, Mary Erdoes, Lori Beer, Stacey Friedman, Robin Leopold and Liz Myers thanking her “for inspiring the next generation of women to dream big.”
With a partnership that dates back to 1969, it comes with no surprise that J.P. Morgan feels deeply connected to such a pivotal moment in the Exchange’s history.
