Jay Horine

Global co-head of Investment Banking Coverage and Region

Mr. Horine is the Global Co-Head of IB Coverage and Regions and was previously the Global Head of EPRM Investment Banking, which includes the Energy, Power, Renewable and Mining teams. He sits on the Global Banking Management Committee, the Global Investment Banking Management Committee, the JPMorgan Environmental Committee and the JPMorgan Green Economy Committee.  He joined J.P. Morgan in 2006 after 12 years at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Horine’s experience includes financial advisory, merger and acquisition, and equity and debt financing assignments for clients such as Xcel, Dominion, DTE, PSE&G, and NextEra.

Mr. Horine is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has an MBA from the University of Florida.  Mr. Horine previously served as Co-Chairman of EEI’s Wall Street Advisory Group. He is a board member of EPRI where he sits on the executive committee.
