Jessica McIntosh has spent over 25 years at J.P. Morgan building relationships with high-profile stakeholders. She began her career in recruiting and staffing roles before joining J.P. Morgan in 2002, where she has held a series of strategic business development, client service and chief of staff positions including in the Office of the Vice Chairman. In this role - a seat she held for over a decade - Jessica was the Vice Chairman’s right-hand, helping manage key initiatives and supporting significant client relationships for the firm.

Jessica currently serves as Executive Director of Director Advisory Services.  Since its forming, Jessica has played an instrumental role designing the technology, marketing and operational strategies of the function, helping grow from concept to a fully-formed platform.

In addition to her management responsibilities, Jessica has established herself as a valued and sought-after advisor who has built followership with candidates, external partners and clients alike. To date, DAS has advised and supported over 2,500 companies while developing a robust and diverse candidate network of more than 7,000 executives, including hundreds of Lead Directors, Nom/Gov Chairs, CEOs and board members.

Jessica currently serves on the board of the Jimmy Lee Scholars Fund - Archdiocese of New York, an endowment established in honor of the late Jimmy Lee, former Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co. She also serves on the board of the Alliance For Full Acceptance (“AFFA”).

Jessica graduated with a B.A. from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.
