Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in DocuSign’s Privacy Policy (except where required for compliance with applicable law) or Terms of Use, DocuSign has acknowledged and agreed that it shall not, in connection with your transaction with JPMorgan Chase and/or its affiliates, collect any information on, or store or use any information submitted by you, except for the sole purpose of collecting information for authentication purposes or completing the actions directed by JPMorgan Chase and/or its affiliates.

Further, with respect to your use of the DocuSign system within the scope of this transaction only, you will not be bound by any legal obligations or limits on your rights set out in DocuSign’s Privacy Policy (unless otherwise required to do so under applicable law) or Terms of Use, including, without limitation, indemnifying DocuSign, or granting DocuSign any right to access, view, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, copy and display any content or materials submitted by, or to, you, except for the sole purpose of collecting information for authentication purposes or completing the actions directed in writing by JPMorgan Chase and/or its affiliates. However, for clarification, if you affirmatively engage in any other activity with DocuSign, such as opening an account, initiating the signature process of a document, purchasing services, submitting content to DocuSign’s support forums, etc, DocuSign's terms of use and privacy policies may apply to such activities.
