Rhonda Kruman is a Treasury Consultant in the Corporate Treasury Consulting group for Commercial Banking. She focuses on providing treasury management expertise to clients executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and spinoffs. In this role, she also closely collaborates with clients before and after these events to help them achieve treasury-related operating efficiencies and cost synergies.
Rhonda has been with J.P. Morgan and its predecessor banks for more than 28 years, and her experience spans treasury sales, project management, business management and finance. Recognized as a change agent to stabilize and introduce framework to enhance experiences, she brings this discipline to clients’ corporate actions events.
Prior to joining Chemical Bank in 1990, Rhonda held various roles in management accounting, automatic data processing and finance organization at Salomon Brothers.
Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. She is based in Cleveland.
