Executive Director

Michelle Golembieski is an Executive Director on the Corporate Treasury Consulting team within Commercial Banking at J.P. Morgan. In this role, she works with clients across multiple industries and treasury functions to provide market insights and best practices on such topics as working capital optimization, treasury centralization, business process re-engineering, merger integrations, spinoffs, divestitures and migration strategies for accounts payable and receivable.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2011, Michelle was Director of Treasury Management at Alliance Bank, NA, where she was directly responsible for the creation and growth of the bank’s commercial treasury and payments business. She also worked in commercial banking at Bank of America and its predecessor bank, FleetBoston Financial.

Long involved in charitable and professional causes, Michelle is Chairwoman of the Board of Syracuse Model Neighborhood Corporation. The not-for-profit focuses on enhancing and building resilient and diverse communities by supporting economic growth, community-based initiatives and quality housing services in the neighborhood it serves.

Michelle graduated summa cum laude from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
