Recognizing financing needs are becoming increasingly complex while investors are seeking exposure to new markets, J.P. Morgan has announced the creation of Strategic Financing Solutions.
This new team, comprised of financing experts across Banking, Markets and Sales, will focus on delivering alternative solutions while also providing access to transactions in both public and private markets to investor clients.
Working in partnership with J.P. Morgan’s existing capital markets, advisory, corporate derivatives, structuring and sales teams, this group will collaborate with bankers on alternative financing strategies. Initially, the team will focus on Structured Private Solutions, Infrastructure Finance, Strategic ABS Finance, Merchant Banking and Direct Lending.
