Highbridge Capital Management, LLC, founded in 1992, is an international asset management firm specializing in non-traditional investment management strategies with offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong. Highbridge has expertise across a range of arbitrage and absolute return investment strategies in the global equity and corporate debt securities markets. J.P. Morgan Asset Management formed a strategic partnership with Highbridge by purchasing a majority interest in the firm in December 2004.
