Sitara Sundar
Head of Alternative Investment Strategy & Market Intelligence, J.P. Morgan Private Bank
Sitara Sundar is the Head of Alternative Investment Strategy & Market Intelligence. In this role, she spearheads the creation of the view and content strategy across alternative investments. Prior to this role, Sitara led the Equity Specialist team in the J.P. Morgan U.S. Private Bank responsible for providing advice on managed equity portfolios for clients.
Sitara previously was on a corporate economics and analytics team supporting J.P. Morgan’s Chief Financial Officer where she was responsible for forecasting global macroeconomic, equity market, interest rate and credit spread variables utilized in the firm’s financial and risk planning exercises. Additionally, Sitara managed a team focused on the curation of timely macroeconomic and market updates for members of the J.P. Morgan Operating Committee. At the beginning of her career, she previously supported J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management’s Chairman of Market & Investment Strategy, Michael Cembalest.
Sitara holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Government from the College of William & Mary.
