For our clients impacted by U.S. Postal Service disruptions

At this time, COVID-19-related mail delivery disruptions may mean that the U.S. Postal Service is unable to deliver important account-related information, such as statements, transaction confirmations, fund supplements, proxy statements and corporate action notices, to you in a timely manner.

If you live in an impacted area, we encourage you to elect paperless delivery. Doing so will enable you to continue to receive most of your important account information and documentation without interruption.

If you choose not to receive your communications by paperless delivery, we will take reasonable steps to send materials to you by postal mail within seven (7) days after mail delivery services resume in your country of residence.
