With more than 40 years' experience as a wealth advisor specializing in the fixed income sector, Arthur has built deep capabilities to manage complex fixed income instruments and municipal bonds. Employing a conservative approach to structuring portfolios, he works with his clients, who are located across the country, to help safeguard principal and create income potential throughout changing market cycles. Known for his engaging and personable manner, he prides himself on being a steady and dependable presence.

A graduate of Boston University, Arthur earned a B.S.B.A. in 1975. Pursuing a lifelong career centered on fixed income investing, he began working at an investment bond house in New Jersey following graduation from college. Arthur moved to a predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan in 1983 where he continued his concentration on the bond sector. He transitioned to his current role in 2008 and is proud to provide his clients with a handson and boutique-level experience delivered within a world-class financial organization.

A native of New Jersey, Arthur has lived in the San Francisco area for many years and enjoys all the lifestyle benefits that the city has to offer. Dedicated to healthy living, he devotes considerable time to working out with a personal trainer and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
