About David

David Greene is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, he offers comprehensive wealth management services for high-net-worth individuals and their families, emphasizing tax efficiency.

David's background is distinctive among his peers. Although he has garnered significant knowledge and capabilities as a traditional wealth manager, David holds an M.S. in Taxation and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a major accounting firm. That experience grounded him in the complexities of trust and estate planning to help manage wealth across generations. It allows him to develop investment plans in a tax-sensitive manner and with the deep understanding of the tax ramifications of every financial decision. He makes after-tax performance and capital gains a part of all investment discussions.

By taking a tailored approach to managing wealth, David builds every investment strategy in consideration of individualized objectives and goals. He works alongside his clients' attorneys and CPAs in a seamless manner to ensure proper entity structuring. This cohesive approach helps provide clients with the confidence that strategies are integrated toward their unified financial goals.

David believes J.P. Morgan provides the ideal framework for serving his clients. He has access to award-winning investment research1, a broad suite of mortgage, lending and credit services, and the ability to provide traditional and non-traditional investment options. David dedicates his time and resources to his clients in order to provide a superior experience. As a testament to his relationships, most of his clients come from referrals.

Before joining J.P. Morgan in 2015, David spent five years at Credit Suisse and 12 years at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he was a Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen.

David graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Accounting and earned his M.S. in Taxation from Florida International University.
