About Forrest

Forrest Green is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. As a co-founder of the Sheets Green Group, he delivers comprehensive wealth planning strategies and financial guidance for a diverse client base—high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, entrepreneurs, executives, doctors, engineers and other professionals.

Forrest enjoys solving complex problems and leverages the full breadth of investment vehicles to help his clients pursue their goals and objectives. He has over a decade of experience utilizing alternative investments to help balance his clients’ traditional equity and fixed-income exposure. In addition to conventional retirement planning, Forrest has experience working in the mergers and acquisitions space and can provide pre-transaction planning for families contemplating the sale of a closely held business. He truly understands the life-changing impacts of liquidity events and works seamlessly alongside CPAs, attorneys and other advisors to help ensure that all critical factors are carefully considered.

Forrest graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995 with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Business. While attending, he was heavily involved in student activities and leadership programs. The oldest of four children, he paid for 100% of his college education by working throughout the school year and every summer. Upon graduation he accepted a two-year consulting position at the headquarters of Beta Theta Pi fraternity where he was responsible for chapters in 20 states and expansion to four new campuses.

In 1997, Forrest moved to Houston and began working for a family office to direct their private investments. He spent the next seven years leading business development efforts for Robert Half International. In 2004, Forrest was recruited to be a Financial Advisor for Bernstein Private Wealth Management. Named a Principal at Bernstein in 2009, he spent his entire 14-year tenure helping families plan their financial futures and putting their hard-earned assets to work. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2018, drawn to the firm’s diverse investment platform, client-first culture and 160-year history of serving individuals and institutions alike.

As a fifth generation Texan, Forrest has called Houston home for over twenty years. He and his wife, Paige, have three children and are always looking forward to their next family adventure together.

Away from the office, Forrest pitches in by coaching his kids’ youth soccer and baseball teams. He is a former board member of The Children’s Fund, an organization which provides direction and funding to fledgling Houston charities. Committed to giving back, Forrest plays a leadership role in both his professional activities and the local community.
