About Brad

Brad Thompson is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Brad directs The MTN Group's alternative investment activities and is the lead manager of The MTN MultiAsset, Endowment and ERISA Retirement strategies. He has been a Portfolio Manager in the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Portfolio Manager Program2 since 2009 and is a voting member of the MTN Group Investment Committee.

Brad began his investment career in 1996 in clientfacing and management roles at American Express Company before joining Merrill Lynch in 2005. During his tenure there, he developed customized fixed-income management strategies for the Qualified Intermediary Industry.

Brad earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Government, History and Latin American Studies. He also is an alumnus of Southern Methodist University's Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
