About Phyllis
Phyllis Tabachnick is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As the co-founder of The Tabachnick Oskin Group, Phyllis serves the investment management needs of individuals, families and business owners. She maintains a strong commitment to her clients and guides them in making the tough decisions required to protect and grow their assets. By leveraging the resources of J.P. Morgan, Phyllis' clients have access to the wide spectrum of the firm's thought leadership, investment services and banking capabilities. Her strength lies in the depth of the relationships she builds with each family and her focus on helping them work together to establish a family legacy and be effective stewards of this vision.
Phyllis has been at J.P. Morgan and its predecessor firm for over 30 years. A native of Akron, Ohio, she graduated from Northwestern University and currently lives on the north side of Chicago. Phyllis believes passionately in giving back to the community, serving as a mentor to young people in their professional and civic endeavors. She has held leadership roles in multiple philanthropic organizations both locally and nationally, including:

Phyllis regularly speaks to students and boards of directors on fundraising and development, leadership, career advancement and investment management. In 2011, she spoke for JUF at a program entitled "Secrets of Remarkable Jewish Women"; Phyllis was honored by SHALVA as a recipient of their Giving Voice Award in 2011.
Additionally, she received the Highest Leaf Award in 2008, given by the Women's Venture Fund to accomplished women executives who are role models within their own professions and communities.
In the spare time she manages to find, Phyllis enjoys reading, cooking and traveling.
