About David

David Kritzer is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. One of the founding members of the Kritzer-Castellaw Group, he draws on 30 years of investment experience to provide holistic advisory guidance that addresses the personal financial complexities of business owners, corporate executives and ultra-high-net-worth families.

David’s background and education in consulting, accounting and finance help him to organize the various elements of each client’s financial scenario into one integrated approach. He is well versed in issues surrounding liquidity strategies, estate and tax planning, cash flow construction and the management of concentrated equity positions. A problem-solver by nature, David translates sophisticated market data into meaningful information that helps his clients understand the decision-making process. He is committed to providing a clear roadmap every high-net-worth family should follow.

David has been offering wealth management strategies since 1993, first as an Advisor at PaineWebber and then as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President at UBS Private Wealth Management. David joined J.P. Morgan in 2019 and is pleased to deliver the power and greatness of the firm, coupled with the strong financial capabilities of his team.

Before he began a career in wealth management, David was employed with Delaware North Companies, AT&T and Bell Laboratories, where he held a variety of positions, including Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst and Project Manager.

A graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, David has a B.S. in Accounting. Additionally, he earned an M.S. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

David and his wife, Kimberly, live in Atlanta with their three children. He is very active in youth athletics, and coaches his children’s basketball, football and lacrosse teams. When not spending time with his family, David is an avid golfer.
