GSA SmartPay® 2

Training

To support GSA SmartPay® 2, J.P. Morgan is pleased to offer web-based training courses designed to help clients leverage the power of PaymentNet®, J.P. Morgan's proprietary electronic access system for commercial card programs. The integrated self-service tools that are available within PaymentNet allow agencies/organizations to manage multiple card programs such as purchase, travel, fleet, and even integrated card programs.

Courses range in length from 30-60 minutes and are typically offered on a monthly basis. Course topics include:

  • Administrator: Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Chart of Accounts
  • Approval Process
  • A/OPCs: Train-the-Trainer
  • A/OPCs: Reports and Queries
  • A/OPCs: Managing Hierarchy
