The National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) provides email notification directly to businesses, financial institutions and service providers when state tax authorities submit tax code changes and additions to the NACHA State Tax Change Portal. J.P. Morgan is enrolled to receive these notifications and promptly communicates changes to our ACH tax payment product areas for follow-up and implementation as necessary. Although you, as the taxpayer, should be receiving change notices directly from the state, this portal is another way to receive this information promptly, and the emails from NACHA can be directed to the appropriate person(s) within your organization.
