ACH Re-Presented Check (RCK) Conversion

Resubmitting consumer checks returned for non-sufficient or uncollected funds can negatively impact your bottom line and delay access to funds that are rightfully yours. ACH Re-Presented Check (RCK) Conversion will likely provide a higher rate of collection than traditional paper redeposit methods due to the reduced cycle time in processing electronic transactions.

With RCK, returned consumer checks can be resubmitted up to two additional times, if necessary. RCK also enables you to specifically schedule all of your re-presentment activities.

We identify the checks eligible for re-presentment and then process the RCK payments through the ACH network. A credit is posted to your account on the effective date of the RCK transaction, normally the next business day after the transaction. If you choose, we can time your first RCK re-presentment for a number of days later or for a specific calendar date to improve collection on the second submission.

How you benefit:

  • Streamline payment processing to improve collection rates and liquidity
  • Gain enhanced data capture and retrieval through electronic format and imaging capability
  • Enhance recovery strategies and improve risk management models
