Extension of 408(b)(2) Fee Disclosure Regulations
The Department of Labor (DOL) announced this morning it will be extending the effective date of the service provider/plan sponsor fee disclosure regulations to January 1, 2012. The DOL also noted that it will review the comments it has received and issue additional guidance
