ASUR – On August 11th, 2010, J.P. Morgan acted as sole active bookrunner and stabilization agent on Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste’s (“ASUR”) US$215 million follow-on offering. ASUR is one of Mexico’s leading airport operators, managing nine airports in the southeast region of the country.
Cemex – On March 30th, 2010 Cemex successfully closed an offering of US$715 million of 4.875% convertible subordinated Notes due 2015. J.P. Morgan acted as joint active bookrunner.
Cemex – On September 22nd, 2009, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. successfully executed a US$1.869 billion follow-on offering. J.P. Morgan acted as lead left bookrunner and stabilization agent.
Fresnillo – On May 9th, 2008, J.P. Morgan successfully raised US$1.77 billion (pre greenshoe) for Fresnillo plc in its Initial Public Offering on the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange, with a listing on the Mexican Stock Exchange. Fresnillo is the world’s largest primary silver producer and Mexico’s second largest gold producer. J.P. Morgan acted as sole sponsor, global coordinator, sole bookrunner and financial advisor.
Megacable – On November 6th, 2007, J.P. Morgan acted as sole international bookrunner, joint local bookrunner and stabilization agent on Megacable Holdings’ US$555 million IPO. Megacable was the largest cable TV provider and second largest broadband internet provider in Mexico at the time of its IPO.
