Frankfurt, January 26, 2012
For the sixth straight year, J.P. Morgan Asset Management is among the best of the best in Germany, earning the Service Award as part of the 2012 "Deutscher Fondspreis" (German Fund Awards), sponsored by German magazine FONDSprofessionell, one of the most-important, retail-distribution magazines in that country. The firm has been among the top three asset managers in this category for the past six years.
"We are proud to receive this award from the strongest and most independent jury — our clients and prospects in the entire market," said Christoph Bergweiler, J.P. Morgan Asset Management's Head of Retail Sales in Germany. "Once again, this award will motivate the whole German team to continue delivering the same high level of service that we're known for across the client channels."
Asset managers were judged via an online questionnaire sent to more than 1,000 FONDSprofessionell readers who are viewed as representing the entire retail fund industry — from independent financial advisors and bank financial advisors to institutional investors. Readers evaluated each asset manager's service for overall quality, internal and external sales support, marketing and Internet presence.
"This is a great validation of our efforts around the world to excel in service quality," said Peter Schwicht, Head of J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Germany.
