Published December 5, 2018 – For the second year in a row, J.P. Morgan was named the Top Global Research firm in the 2018 Institutional Investor rankings.
J.P. Morgan analysts were awarded 215 positions across ten different client surveys and also had 80 teams ranked first place.
The acquisition comes as China opens up consumer markets to cater for the changing tastes of its expanding middle class.
These rankings represent the views of thousands of global institutional clients, reflecting the trust and confidence clients have in the firm’s industry-leading research and investment advice.
“We remain very committed to having a complete global model with breadth. We have more than 900 researchers in 26 locations and we have been committed to a complete model that is comprehensive,” said Joyce Chang, J.P. Morgan’s Global Head of Research.
