New York — Robin Hood, New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization, held its third annual Investors Conference yesterday. Presented by J.P. Morgan and hosted by Hyatt at Grand Hyatt New York in midtown Manhattan, the event brought investment and business luminaries in finance, real estate, policy, technology, retail, energy and other sectors together to share insights into their shifting industries and the road ahead. The conference has raised $15 million since its inception, which goes to the 200+ organizations Robin Hood supports. These groups are the most effective soup kitchens, homeless shelters, schools and job-training programs in New York City.
