J.P. Morgan ranked #1 Latin America Research Team

J.P. Morgan was named number one overall Latin America Research Team by Institutional Investor magazine for 2011. This marks the third consecutive year in which the firm has placed first. In this year’s survey J.P. Morgan had 17 teams ranked across various industries, countries and strategies, up three from last year.
This year’s survey results were based on responses from 660 analysts and money managers, at 350 firms, that manage an estimated $457 billion in Latin American equities.
The bank had six coverage areas named to the “first team.” Seven additional teams were also highlighted in the top three for their accomplishments, according to the magazine.
