J.P. Morgan awarded Carbon Trust Standard in UK

All J.P. Morgan sites in the UK have been awarded the Carbon Trust Standard, which recognizes the firm for reducing carbon emissions from 2007 to 2010. Building infrastructure upgrades, advanced energy metering equipment and optimizing data center efficiency all contributed to receiving this credit. The Carbon Trust Standard certifies organizations for real carbon reduction and commitment to ongoing reductions.
Developed by the Carbon Trust in 2007, the Carbon Trust Standard encourages good practices in carbon measurement, management and reduction by businesses and public sector organizations.
